» What is this update?

This patch will update your HESK version 2.8.5 to version 2.8.6

Follow instructions below and your settings, tickets, articles and translations will remain unmodified!

» HOW TO INSTALL

1. Backup existing HESK files and database.

2. Upload all included files to your HESK (overwrite existing files).

   Did you rename your HESK's /admin folder? If yes, don't forget to move files from the new version's /admin folder into your renamed folder.

3. Open install in your browser, for example:
   https://example.com/hesk/install

4. Delete install folder from the server.

Congratulations, your HESK is now updated!
